Description
The reintroduction of Service Tax 2.0 to replace Goods and Service Tax (GST) has impacted businesses in many ways. One of the key issues with Service Tax is that there is no input tax credit mechanism unlike GST.
This effectively means that the cost of doing business may be increased without the input tax credit mechanism which may affect profitability.
This webinar will discuss the key concepts of service tax and the relevant exemptions. The presenter will also provide an insight to practical issues and how to effectively mitigate the cascading effect under the service tax regime.
