On 14 August 2020, ISCA issued a revised Ethics Pronouncement 100 to adopt the Final Pronouncements relating to the Restructured Code and Revisions to the Code Pertaining to the Offering and Accepting of Inducements issued by IESBA.

During this webinar, the following questions will be addressed:

Ong Woon Pheng

Woon Pheng has been in the accounting and finance profession since 2001 and is currently Director of Corporate Finance department at PKF-CAP, a member firm of PKF International.

Woon Pheng currently specialises in business valuation, valuation for IFRS (including purchase price allocation, impairment review and valuation of complex financial instruments), financial due diligence and M&A assignments.

In addition to being a Chartered Accountant of Singapore (CA Singapore), Woon Pheng is also a Fellow Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Valuer & Appraiser (CVA), International Certified Valuation Specialist (ICVS), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Accredited Tax Practitioner (ATP Income Tax).
