Loke Yew Ken

Yew Ken is a Tax Director and has been providing consulting services for local and multinational corporations in the manufacturing, trading, logistics, engineering, retail, construction, entertainment, information technology, and service industries.

He is experienced in managing projects related to indirect taxes, tax incentive and grant applications, transfer pricing, cross-border investments, managing tax compliance affairs, tax health check, tax audit review, and tax investigation assignments.

Yew Ken was formerly with two of the Big 4 accounting firms in Malaysia, servicing a broad spectrum of clients. He specialised in corporate taxation, including tax advisory, restructuring exercises for companies, and tax due diligence assignments for acquisition and merger of businesses.
